Benefit Dinner at the Cabrini Shrine in Chicago

On September 12th was held a Benefit Dinner at the National Shrine of Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini in Chicago.

“On behalf of Sister Bridget Zanin, MSC and the Shrine staff, thank you to everyone who was able to attend our annual benefit last night at the Chicago Yacht Club. Your support was overwhelming and appreciated in every sense.

We also extend our gratitude to the members of our community that sent donations, both monetary and items for auction.

And to our volunteers, your time and energy was instrumental to the huge success of this year’s benefit! God bless you all and thank you Mother Cabrini for the lovely weather and all the joy we shared. You were truly with us as we celebrated and honored your mission in our beautiful city.”

During the Gala, Fr. Ted Ploplis was honored by the MSCs for his many years of dedicated service at the National Shrine and also his ministry at the former Columbus Hospital.
