Saturday, January 11, within the Come and See Program held in Dzaipi, Uganda, the sisters invited Father Andrew to talk about the Cabrinian charism to young women from Kenya, Nigeria and Uganda. His presence was a source of inspiration and encouragement for all participants. He conducted a very beautiful Eucharistic Celebration in the refugee camp of Pagirinya on Sunday, January 12 with the young women and sisters participating, which filled the hearts with peace, joy and a spirit of community.






Saturday, January 11th, we were blessed to celebrate the opening Mass with Father Andrew. His presence was a source of inspiration and encouragement for all of us. The Mass set a beautiful tone for the week, filling our hearts with peace and joy. On Sunday, January 12th, we took part in an uplifting celebration in Pagirinya. This celebration was filled with joy and the spirit of community. We also had the opportunity of sharing our vocation with others. This was a special moment for us, as it allowed us to express our commitment and passion for our mission.
Monday, January 13th, was a truly blessed day, as we visited different families in the community. It was a humbling experience to see God’s generosity and presence in the lives of these wonderful people. Each family opened their hearts and homes to us, and we were touched by their warmth and hospitality.
Thursday, January 16th, we gathered in unity for a heartfelt community prayer, each of us bringing a unique symbol to express our gratitude to God for the opportunity to visit and connect with the wonderful people in Pagirinya. This experience reminded us of the importance of togetherness and compassion, as we celebrated the beauty of our shared journey.
The “Come and See” program was truly a unique and enriching experience for all of us who participated. It was more than just a program; it was an opportunity to connect, learn, and grow together.
