On Sunday, November 10, the Feast of St. Frances Xavier Cabrini was celebrated at the Tabor Church, thus initiating the Opening of the Centenary of Consecration of the Church at the “St. Francesca Cabrini” Spirituality Center in Codogno. The Eucharistic Celebration was presided over by H.E. Monsignor Maurizio Malvestiti, Bishop of the Diocese of Lodi, with the participation of the Maleo parish choir, directed by Maestro Michele Raggi.
Present were the parish priest Msgr. Iginio Passerini, the Montfort Fathers, Rev. Fr. Antonello Martinenghi, Rev. Fr. Alessandro Lanzani, parish priest of Maleo and great-grandson of Em. Card. Pietro Maffi who on November 14, 1925, consecrated this dedicated Church. In addition to Fr. Francesco Bossi, other reverend priests participated in the Eucharistic Celebration.
