The celebrations began on Tuesday, November 11, with the unveiling of a painting of Mother Cabrini in St. Joseph Parish, located near the school complex. On Wednesday, everyone watched the film “An Italian Woman,” which was released last year in the United States, while on Thursday afternoon, the school children performed a musical entitled “Mother Cabrini, a Heart on Fire.”
These commemorations highlight Mother Cabrini's legacy of faith, education, and service, recalling her lasting influence in the formation of generations of students.

Last Friday, November 14, marked the closing of the 125th anniversary of the Cabrinian mission in Madrid.
During Cabrinian Week, all participants, including Superior General Sr. Maria Eliane and the entire Council, experienced moments of joy and commemorated Mother Cabrini's precious legacy in the Spanish capital. Numerous activities took place during the week.
To conclude the celebration, there was a procession, a Eucharistic celebration in the school, and a beautiful concert by the Sonora Chamber Orchestra and Choir, which performed “The Legacy of Stories” by candlelight.
The day ended with an evening of fraternity, filled with joy and gratitude.
Thank you, Lord, for the gift of these 125 years of Cabrinian education in Madrid!
