Being a Scout in the Spirit of Cabrini

Being a Scout in the Spirit of Cabrini

Being part of the Cabrini Scout Group, in the parish of Santa Francisca Javier Cabrini, is much more than wearing a neckerchief or playing games in nature. It means walking each day inspired by the example of Mother Cabrini, who taught us to be courageous in the face of difficulties and to trust fully in God.

In our group, we pass on this teaching to children, adolescents, and young people through service, leadership, and Christian charity.

Every camp, every solidarity project, and every moment of community prayer reminds us that Cabrini's charism lives on in the hearts of those who seek to transform reality with simple gestures of love.

As Catholic Scouts, we feel ourselves to be heirs to a legacy that unites spirituality and concrete action. Cabrini showed us that the missionary heart does not has no boundaries, and that is the spirit we try to convey to every young person in the Cabrini Scout Group. Our mission is to educate people who understand that faith translates into action and that the world can be a better place if we serve it with joy and commitment.

Through Scout service, camps, community life, and solidarity projects, we seek to keep Mother Cabrini's legacy alive in our daily actions. Likewise, through the written word and the testimony of our work, we wish to share what she inspires in our community, so that her message continues to reach more people and families.

May her example continue to guide us on this path of faith, service, and fraternity, reminding us that true social transformation is born from small gestures of love that, together, build a future full of hope.
