On Thursday, April 16, and Friday, April 17, the Cabrini Commission for Global Health held its second webinar of 2026. The topic was “Supporting Frontline Healthcare Workers in High-Workload Settings,” presented by Sharon Sherwood, Head of Mental Health and Community Outreach at Cabrini (Australia), and Dr. Carolina Restrepo, a clinical neuropsychologist. This session aimed to strengthen participants’ ability to share self-care strategies, stress management, and resilience; to promote the holistic well-being of healthcare staff by addressing both physical and mental health; to exchange experiences among professionals from diverse settings, thereby enriching collective learning. It also aimed to disseminate best practices and models of institutional support that have proven effective; to promote decision-making among leaders and organizations to improve working conditions; and to foster support networks among frontline workers.
