From October 27 to 29, the meeting "Cabrini, Global Education" took place. On October 28, this meeting went live at the Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini School in Madrid, with the participation of some pedagogical management managers, sisters representing the provinces, the General Superior and the General Assistants.
The General Superior, Sr. Eliane, spoke words of welcome. Subsequently, Sr. Nuria Miró and Sr. Mónica Horch, Missionary Daughters of the Holy Family of Nazareth, spoke on the Institutional Identity and the importance of the Educational Project for the creation of a Global Network of Schools. The managers of all the Cabrini schools actively participated in the various celebrations and meetings of the Jubilee of the Educational World. This Jubilee was a time for reflection and growth on education, spirituality and culture, highlighting Cabrini's commitment to a new culture of development and peace in education.
On Thursday October 30, after breakfast, the working group travelled from Madrid to Rome. In the afternoon a group of lay people from the Cabrinian schools of Spain and Brazil participated in the International Congress "Constellation of Education – A Pact for the Future", as part of the Jubilee of the Educational World. On October 31, an audience with the Holy Father in the Paul VI Hall was followed by an artistic and cultural path through the Sistine Wards of Santo Spirito in Sassia. On Saturday, November 1, a special Mass for the world of education was celebrated in St. Peter's Square, and the pilgrims passed through the Holy Door of St. Peter's Basilica. In the afternoon, they visited and passed through the Holy Door of the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls. On Sunday, November 2, however, the entire group from Spain participated in the Angelus at St. Peter's Square in the Vatican.
