First planning meeting in preparation for World Youth Day, Seoul 2027 in Brazil

The Province of Saint Frances Cabrini, through Sisters Denise Morra and Roseni T. Gonçalves, has developed a project to be carried out with young people in the Parishes where we are present. Here in this publication is the first experience of this Project, in Oeiras, Piauí. In Rio Pomba, Sister Lúcia Cosme and her team also held the first meeting at the end of last week. This in Rio Pomba was the first workshop of our provincial WYD 2027 project. Thank God everything went well. I am very grateful for your prayers. Let us continue to pray for one another for God's work in our missions. The next workshop will be held in the Bom Jesus da Cana Verde Parish in Tabuleiro. Banners were made with photos and the lives of the Saints, prayers and ribbons to tie around the arms, each one in a different color with the name of a Saint. The meetings take place in 5 Tents (one for each Saint). The young people go to each one and take part in different reflections that lead them to get to know better the life and work of each one. From each meeting, one young person will be chosen to participate in the Cabrinian WYD, in São Paulo, at the end of July and beginning of August 2027.
