Fourth Webinar of the Health Commission on the topic “High-Risk Pregnancy: Factors, Diagnosis, and Referral to Specialists.”

On Thursday, June 20, the fourth webinar organized by the Cabrini Commission for Global Health was held.

The topic discussed was: “High-Risk Pregnancy: Factors, Diagnosis, and Referral to Specialists.”

The webinar was presented by Dr. and Maestro J. Guadalupe Panduro Barón, currently a full professor of Gynecology and Obstetrics at the University of Guadalajara.

“This topic was of great importance for strengthening the knowledge and skills of the staff involved in the various Global Health Missions. The training enabled participants to promptly recognize the main risk factors and warning signs during pregnancy, promoting safer and more timely care. The importance of properly identifying and referring patients who require specialized care was also emphasized. This training helps improve the quality of maternal care and prevent complications that can endanger the lives of both mother and child. In this way, it reinforces the Global Health Missions’ commitment to comprehensive, preventive care centered on the needs of each community.”
