International Congress on School and University Ministry

On October 22 and 23, the Congress on School and University Pastoral Care was held in the Paul VI Hall at the Vatican.
The conference, organized by the Dicastery for Culture and Education in response to the Apostolic Letter signed by Pope Leo XIV and the Jubilee of the World of Education, was titled “Charting New Maps of Hope.”
Following the opening remarks by Cardinal José Tolentino de Mendonça, prefect of the Dicastery for Culture and Education, the event featured sessions of listening, reflection, and dialogue organized into three modules: “Cultivating Interiority,” “The Human Digital,” and “Educating for Peace.”
Attending this meeting were the Superior General, Sister Maria Eliane Azevedo Da Silva; the Assistant General, Sister Patricia Argentina Godoy; Sister Conchita Revalo Solano, MSC; and teachers Claudia and Teresa, coordinators and members of the school pastoral group at our Colegio Cabrini in Madrid.
On the 22nd, in particular, the Holy Father received the participants in audience.
