First Day
Today marks the beginning of the Youth Jubilee. Here at Casa Cabrini in Rome, we are also preparing for this wonderful week full of encounters and sharing! Long live youth, long live the Cabrini youth!
This morning, we prayed together and then got to know each other a little better thanks to a very fun dynamic activity.
But we also had fun singing and dancing together!

Second day
Last night, at Casa Cabrini in Rome, Mass was celebrated by Father Jerome Catubag, SDV, and prepared by young people from Spain and Italy, while Eucharistic adoration was led by young people from Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay. It was a very intense moment for everyone!
This morning, after the prayer prepared by young people from Guatemala and eSwatini, there was a round table discussion on the theme “Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini, spirituality and mission that flow from the heart,” led by young people from Nicaragua, who also coordinated the activities for the entire day. Lia from Nicaragua said: “We are young, we have energy to share the spirituality of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Our essence is God.”
This afternoon they will go to St. Peter's Square for the opening Mass of the Youth Jubilee.

Third day
This morning, before going on pilgrimage to the four major basilicas to pass through the Holy Doors, the young people, together with their companions, prayed in the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer and St. Frances Cabrini in Via Sicilia.
Yesterday, the young people went to St. Peter's Square for the welcome Mass and opening of the Jubilee, presided over by Monsignor Rino Fisichella, pro-prefect of the Dicastery for Evangelization, which concluded with Pope Francis greeting the 120,000 young people present in the square.
The Holy Father told them that they are the “salt and light of the earth” and invited them to join him on Saturday for the vigil at Tor Vergata.
