Meetings of the formators for the initial stage of consecrated life, on Via Sicilia

From September 21 to 25, the meetings of the formators who work in the initial stage of consecrated life in the Institute were held. Everything took place at Casa Cabrini on Via Sicilia in Rome. The focus of these meetings was to share life and mission as formators, review the Ratio Formationis and the Guide to Formation. There were various moments of sharing, listening, prayer, recreation  and joint work. In addition, a pilgrimage day to Assisi was held, praying the 800 years of Saint Francis....The facilitator of the meetings during these days was Dr. Patrizia Morgante. In the following days, among others, there was also a conference by Sister Maria Luiza Berzosa on the theme of spiritual discernment and by Paula Jordão, Formation Coordinator at the UISG.  In particular, in her presentation,  the latter spoke about the spiritual and psychological aspects of formation;  on the occasion, mention was made of the volume she wrote  “So Fragile and So Loved – Knowing Oneself and Allowing Oneself to Be Loved by God”. The Sisters Gilda, Sr. Stella Maris and the new Provincial Superior Sr. Terezinha Merandi also joined this presentation.
