Stephany's Entry into the Postulancy in Brazil

The celebration took place last Saturday, March 21, during which the young Stéphany Jênifer advanced from aspirant to postulant. The celebrant was Father Christian, originally from the Congo in Africa, of the Pious Society of St. Paul (Pauline Fathers and Brothers). It was a simple yet meaningful moment, held at the Boni Consilii Community, in the presence of sisters from various communities in São Paulo. We all shared a single sentiment: gratitude toward God, who continues to believe in the power of the Cabrinian charism and to call young people to live it alongside us. Young Stephany was happy to conclude one stage and begin another, under the guidance of Sister Albertina Goulart. May the Heart of Jesus, through the intercession of Mother Cabrini, enfold her in Himself every day, making her ever more capable for the mission!

In an atmosphere of faith and deep hope, on March 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., in the Province of St. Francisca Cabrini, the admission of the aspirant Stéphany Jênifer Souza Oliveira to the Postulancy of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart of Jesus was celebrated.

The celebration, marked by the simplicity and beauty of the encounter with God, took place in the chapel of the sisters’ community, attached to the Boni Consilii College in São Paulo, Brazil. Gathered in a spirit of communion, the sisters present experienced a moment that embodies the mystery of vocation as a free and loving response to the divine call.

As this journey begins, we contemplate Stéphany’s “yes” as a concrete expression of a faith incarnated in history, a sign of God’s living presence that continues to call and send. Her entry into the Postulancy is not merely a step in her formation, but an ecclesial gesture that renews hope in the continuity of Mother Cabrini’s charism in the world.

Let us offer our thanksgiving to the Lord for the gift of Stéphany’s vocation to the Institute, entrusting every stage of her formation to His providence. We also join in prayer for Sr. Albertina Ghisleri Goular, who will accompany her during this formative stage, that, enlightened by the Holy Spirit, she may be a presence of listening, discernment, and witness.

May this time be fruitful in grace, discernment, and fidelity, and may the Heart of Jesus continue to inspire new vocations for the mission of our Institute.
