Codogno, this year’s European City of Sports, then sees this initiative take place in the aftermath of the important Feast of the Sacred Heart.
We are talking about an ‘extraordinary opening of Francesca Cabrini’s house in Codogno. The initiative is promoted by the “Cabrini Mission Today Association,” which is part of the Council in charge of organizing the events of “Codogno European Municipality of Sport 2023.” Starting at 10 a.m., the exhibition “Laudato sì” – Planet Earth, the Common Home – will be opened, followed by a presentation and tour of Mother Cabrini’s rooms. Then the “virtual museum” project will be presented. The afternoon from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. will feature digital games and workshops for children and a “school” of judo, athletics, volleyball and yoga. All this will be surrounded by banquets and gifts. An ice cream cart will also be present. At 7:30 p.m. apericena (reservations were by June 10) and at 9 p.m. grand finale in music with a gospel concert by Lodi Gospel Lab in Tabor Church.
