On June 13, 14, 15 and 16, 2023, the educational and religious communities of the schools of the Cabrini School Network – Colégio Boni Consilii (São Paulo/SP), Colégio Madre Cabrini (São Paulo/SP) and Colégio Regina Coeli (Rio Pomba/MG) celebrated the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus through various participative and reflective actions such as a triduum of Prayers, Eucharistic celebration, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and honoring the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. They were very meaningful and very moving moments for everyone.
On the day of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, as is the tradition of the Institute, all the Missionaries renewed their vows in their communities. On this occasion, the Colégio Boni Consilii also celebrated its 120 years of educational presence in São Paulo.
How could so much love for educating and evangelizing be contained in a heart for all these years? Only in the Heart of Jesus have we been able to include all the Missionaries, all the educators, and the thousands of families and students who have passed through and benefited from the schools, the social works and actions of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in Brazil and in the world.
Celebrating the Day of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is part of the curriculum and is included in the School Calendar of the schools in the Cabrini School Network, whose planning highlights actions that give meaning to the students and that dialogue with the charism of our Institute.
