Generously and willingly share its crosses and concerns, in order to guide those entrusted to your care. Keep in mind that their souls were redeemed by Jesus’ blood so do all in your power to lead them to his Heart. Labor with zeal; the power of your love will endow your actions with strength and courage. In all your actions, words and suffering, always seek God’s greater glory. Gather together all the forces of your spirit. Work, pray, offer up your pains, sweat, sighs, and be vigilant in self-discipline.
