On this date, when Sister Maria Antonietta Della Casa was General Superior, a statue of Mother Cabrini was erected. Here is the parchment attesting to this important event.
On December 8, 1900, Mother Cabrini reminded the Sisters:
“Oh! How beautiful is Mary Immaculate … Mary is the most tender mother of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, who have the sublime task of instructing people to lead them to the knowledge and love of our Redeemer.”
In her letter of November 29, our General Superior Sister Maria Eliane asked for an intercession with God from Mary Most Holy during this special time of Advent for the whole Institute.
